The Burlingtons Restaurant is located in a prime location on Lake Windermere, in the south of the Lake District. The restaurant takes its name from the local list, but Burlington’s is not just a hotel restaurant, but a destination in its own right. Chef Lukasz specializes in French and English cuisine and uses only the finest ingredients and the freshest local ingredients.
Dinner at the restaurant begins with the selection of dishes to be tasted, for two, three or five. We opt for the three-course menu (starter, main course and dessert for £ 39.95) but if you want to experience a real culinary experience my suggestion is to try the full menu, so you can taste an extra dish for yourself £ 5 more, including coffee at the end of a meal, while children get a special price of £ 14 for three courses.

It starts with fresh canapes waiting for the dishes and a selection of a la carte wines. If you don’t want to wait at the table you can decide to relax in the dining room drinking a drink to be called only when your dinner is ready.
The choice of dishes is very wide; you can find delicious dishes ranging from glazed pork cheek, lamb, chicken, and all perfectly presented and cooked.
Staying at the Beech Hill Hotel & Spa, it is also possible to purchase various experiential packages such as the 3-night Romantic Break, including a delicious 5-course dinner at the restaurant. The menu is very varied and you can choose between appetizers and main meal. All surrounded by a breathtaking view of Lake Windermere and the beautiful terrace where you can relax with a drink after dinner.

We conclude our dinner choosing from one of the delicious desserts and opting personally for a taste of everything a little; “Sweet Shots” is a taste of crème brulee, a chocolate mousse and a lemon mousse. Absolutely delicious!
If you are fond of chocolate, then you cannot miss the “Hot-chocolate Fondant” or a chocolate-filled chocolate cake.
