There are some sites or plugins that allow you to embed on your site the map of the countries you have visited. Depending on your site you can use one or more services. If you are using wordpress.com (a free site), most of these will be unusable because you are not allowed to enter a code of that type on your site (it is not supported).
Let’s start with world66 a site that allows you to check the countries visited from the list and get a html code to insert on a page of your site.
You have to select all the countries visited from the list and then click the “generate map” button below. The last time I tried it, it did not work, so in case it was still problematic, let’s move on to the next tool.
amCharts
The second tool is amcharts, a site that, like the previous one, allows you to select the places of the world visited on the map. In this case it is even easier because just click on the map to color the relative countries. But there is more; you can also decide and customize the color of the map countries. Underlying an html code will be generated.
Below you can view the generated map. To paste the code just go to the “text” section of your article. The map may then appear in the article being written but no longer visible when you go to post the post. This is because your website is not enabled to support certain codes. You just have to change hosting.
WordPress plugin
The next tool is a plugin for wordpress, so you’ll have to have your own or a wordpress version that supports plugins (so not the free version of wordpress.com)

The plugin allows you to view a world map simply by adding a special shortcode to the main content of a page or post. Thanks to the visual modification of map properties and simple installation, the map can be implemented in just a few minutes.
Of plugins there are many others, depending on your needs.
If you can not incorporate any of these solutions on your site, the mime tip is to create an image of the countries visited (just download the empty image of the globe you prefer and customize it even without coloring the whole country)

Google is always my favorite solution. Not only will not you have to color the whole country even if you have visited only one city, but you can customize the marker and indicate the exact places visited!
